Prolyte Performance is an electrolyte that has a higher concentrated sodium chloride value in order to more meet the demands horses have for salt! Most horse owners do not know that horse electrolytes need to have a large amount of salt as the main ingredient for it to be effective. Returns and refunds:
Proper care and attention to accuracy is needed when placing an order with Horse Armor, LLC. All products are manufactured to order so please do review your order to ensure 100% accuracy.
No returns will be accepted UNLESS authorized by a representative of Horse Armor, LLC in order to receive a refund. If a return is authorized, the product being returned needs to be in original, unopened packaging. No returns or refunds will be made without an authorization number from a Horse Armor, LLC representative.
Customer Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your product, or you feel there was an error made on your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will refund purchases if an error was made by Horse Armor, LLC and/or it's representatives, or it's manufacturers of products.
Veterinarian Consultation: If you are unsure which supplements are right for your horse, we encourage you to consult with your veterinarian before placing your order to ensure the best selection for your horse’s needs. Purchasing without veterinarian consultation or purchasing against veterinarian recommendation does not guarantee a refund with Horse Armor, LLC.
Shelf Life: Due to the specialized nature of our equine supplements, they are intended to be consumed within a certain time frame. Be sure to follow the recommended storage guidelines to maintain product freshness and effectiveness. Do not exceed the suggested product time frame located in the Product Info section when purchasing a product. Exceeding the suggested time frame does not guarantee a refund with Horse Armor, LLC.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations). This offer applies to standard ground shipping and is available on all horse supplement products (clothing and promotional items will incur a shipping charge). *Exclusions may apply.

- If the location you are shipping to is found to require additional shipping charges, we will contact you prior to making those charges.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after your payment is received and cleared.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. For custom orders, please refer to the specific product details or contact us for estimated production and shipping times.
- Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Methods

- We may offer expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day or next-day air) for an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange for faster delivery and inquire about additional costs.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly with the carrier.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or high demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.
7. Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or is lost, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or resolution.
9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure that your order can be shipped successfully.
